📖 How to Use Public Documents

🔍 Browsing & Searching

• Folders — Click any folder to navigate inside. Use the breadcrumb trail at the top to go back.
• Search — Use the search bar to find documents by name, content, or keyword.
• Filters — Filter by category, date, type, or flags to narrow results.
• Sort — Change sort order (newest, oldest, name, size) using the sort dropdown.

📄 Viewing & Downloading

• Open — Click "Open" to view a document in your browser (PDFs, images, text files).
• Download — Click "Download" to save a copy to your device.
• SAIO — "Second AI Opinion" sends the document to AI for analysis. Click to generate a new opinion, or view previous ones.

🏷️ Understanding Flags

• Colored flag badges highlight potential issues found during document review.
• Red flags indicate serious potential concerns (legal issues, violations).
• Purple flags indicate legal or procedural concerns.
• Yellow flags indicate items worth reviewing.
• Flags are indicators only — not legal conclusions or findings of fact.

📂 Government Documents

• Government document folders have additional filters (department, meeting type, date range).
• Documents may include AI-generated summaries and analysis.
• Meeting minutes, ordinances, and public records are organized by source agency.

💡 Tips

• Use the share button to copy a direct link to any folder or document view.
• AI opinions take 15–30 seconds to generate — the badge updates when ready.
• Pagination appears at the bottom when there are many results.
