In Video mode, Previous Frame and Next Frame step exactly one frame. They stay disabled until the file's analysis has finished, and say so when you hover them.
Menus and panels

Resizing panels from the keyboard
This one is worth knowing and almost nobody finds it.
Tab until a panel divider has focus, then the arrow keys resize it. Hold Shift to move faster. Home and End take it to its limits.
View → Restore Default Layout puts everything back when the window stops making sense.
